Business Analyst – INSIDE IR35 / HYBRID – SUPPLY CHAIN / ERP IMPLEMENTATION
We have a global client looking for an experienced Business Analyst – INSIDE IR35 / HYBRID to work on some fantastic new projects.
Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced, resourceful Business Analyst to join our clients growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for defining and driving the launch of new applications and services within the clients organisation. You should have a background of eliciting business requirements and translating them to Use Cases or User Stories working with the solutioning team to deliver a high-quality product to increase company revenue.
In this role you will act as a critical link between the business functions and the engineering team, collaborating with functional leadership, Project Managers and external suppliers to ensure new and enhanced product features are delivered in an efficient manner without negatively impacting quality.
Keys to Success
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in business analysis, computer science, or equivalent
- Proven experience as a product owner or business analyst
- An agile mentality with proven values such as dedication, grit, openness, and respect
- Excited to experiment and learn rapidly
- Able to work optimally with global teams in different time zones
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
