Your experience / background

We are looking for a Business Analyst with wide range of projects work experience. Our primary focus is on people with below experience.

• Stakeholder Strong requirements gathering & analysis skills.
• Data analysis & 1st class excel skills.
• Source to Pay experience (S2P) with ideally Ariba knowledge (other S2P systems considered)
• Extensive knowledge of upstream and downstream process and process taxonomy
• Excellent documentation skills & requirement tracking
• Strong coordination ability in complex matrix environments
• Excellent ability to translate complex processes into technical requirements.
• Excellent collaborative working skills.
• Able to lead workshops & strong problem-solving mindset.
• Experience at working with SME's and Senior Staff
• Good Report writing skills.

Must Have:

• Extensive participatory or leadership experience in UAT
• Sound knowledge of Change Enablement/management tasks such as training documentation, writing SOP's etc
• Multiple implementations and cutovers
• Experience of designing new processes
• Experience of setting up support models and processes for S2P

Deliverables:

• Requirements Capture & Analysis for all relevant workstreams.
• Data analysis of key procurement and spend data.
• Process designs and assisting with technical designs as requested.
• Assisting in or producing as requested training, change management input, and testing documents.
• Assisting in or producing as requested cutover and implementation documents or tasks.
