Senior Business Analyst Hybrid London Inside IR35

VIQU are working with a public sector organisation who are seeking a Senior Business Analyst. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of projects, including the procurement of key systems such as Interactive Voice Recognition, Web Chat technology, and Integrated Bot Technology.

The successful Senior Business Analyst will have a background in delivering Software Development or Data projects, and knowledge of SDLC (Software development lifecycle) methodologies.

This is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate will be required to work up to 4 days every two weeks onsite in South East London.

Key skills and experience for the Senior Business Analyst:

• Strong experience working as a Business Analyst within an Agile framework
• Proven experience working on IT projects with a focus towards Software Development or Data (preferably within a .NET, Azure environment)
• Experience working on projects involving:
  
  
  
  • Interactive Voice Recognition software systems
  • Web Chat technology
  • Integrated Bot technology
  
  
• Requirement gathering
• Set high-level requirements and manage reporting for UAT and BAT levels.
• Collaborate with the Training & Development Service Strategy & Design Lead and Solution Architects to produce high-level Service requirements and Non-Functional Requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and document outcomes and risks
• Map out As-IS processes, such as data flow into SAP, and describe To-Be processes in collaboration with the wider development team
• Create and maintain product backlog
• Experience working within an Agile framework
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Develop clear and concise documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.
• Strong communication skills and experience liaising with stakeholders and development teams
• Any experience working with billing and payment backend systems would be advantageous

• Rate: 400 per day (paid to your Umbrella company)
• IR35 status: Inside IR35
• Location: Hybrid, up to two days per week onsite in South East London
