Our client is currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their team and help implement ITSM tools.

As the right Business Analyst, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
• Analyse data and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design, document, maintain, and improve core Service Management policies, processes, and procedures.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business operations.

As a successful Business Analyst, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in designing, documenting, and improving core Service Management processes.
• Proven experience in Service Management implementation.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (eg, Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
