This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a leading organisation working closely with varying teams across the business to define and document a business operating model and be part of a strategy to map out the TOM and Change readiness assessment

What you will be doing

• Gathering & eliciting requirements.
• Gathering information and processing data to identify areas where current (As-Is) business processes could be improved.
• User stories & process-mapping.
• Document future state (To-Be) business processes as required to support development of the business including new systems.
• Documentation, governance and licensing
• Engaging with external partners and suppliers involved in delivering change initiatives to ensure alignment of business processes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvements which support business growth.
