Our major client in the Energy industry is looking for a skilled Agile Business Analyst to join their team for an initial six months, focusing on improving and/or automating processes that span multiple departments. This role requires an individual who has an experienced background in HR process improvement, combines a strong character with the ability to understand and translate team needs into clear, actionable tasks, using Agile practices to ensure smooth project progress.

Required Skills:
* Have an experienced background in HR process improvement, specifically in employee onboarding and offboarding.
* Be able to demonstrate ability to foster consensus among diverse teams. This position necessitates strong skills in gathering comprehensive business requirements and translating them into user stories with acceptance criteria.
* Able to demonstrate the use of Azure DevOps to manage and organise work items, including Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks, contributing to effective and efficient project management.
* Experience in process automation would be highly advantageous.
