Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a 12-month contract within the Financial Services sector. Reporting to the Site Relocation Programme Manager, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end management and coordination of workstreams associated with our site relocation programme.

Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Support the Programme Manager in managing change-related stakeholder engagement, both internally and externally, including third-party vendors.


• Represent Programme Management: Represent programme management activities at internal review meetings when appropriate.


• Programme Planning: Work collaboratively with workstream leads and assigned project managers to maintain overall programme plans, RAID documents, and financial monitoring.


• Subject Matter Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise and support to all areas of the business in relation to the change process and PMO management.


• Operational Standards: Ensure completion of assigned activities within defined operational standards, service level agreements, and agreed performance targets.


• Project Closure and Finance Management: Complete all activities for project closure and finance management associated with DMA (Delivery Management and Analysis) activity.


• Regular and Periodic Tasks: Complete all regular and periodic tasks as outlined by the Programme Manager.

Experience and Skills Required:

• End-to-End Project Delivery: Proven experience in delivering projects end-to-end, encompassing both technical IT delivery and business operational delivery.


• Budget Management: Experience in managing project budgets, including financial forecasting and reporting on variances.


• Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, applying a flexible approach as needed.


• Collaboration and Innovation: Experience in cross-team collaboration and working with a focus on initiative, innovation, delivery, and quality orientation.


• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills up to senior management level stakeholders.


• Stakeholder Management: Experience of working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, including 3rd party suppliers.


• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, including project planning and task prioritization.


• RAID Management: Experience in Risk, Assumption, Issue, and Dependency (RAID) management and mitigation.

Contract Details:

This is an inside IR35 contract role, offering competitive remuneration of approximately 500-550 per day via an Umbrella company.
