Description:

Accountability

  • Help the Data Office to establish and run the Govern Data and Request Data capabilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to under that demands/requirements
  • Document business process and get a sign off on those process from the relevant stakeholders
  • Enable stakeholders to get the right model for their demands by implementing PoC s/mockups in lower environments
  • Collect and analyze search requirements and feedback from users
  • Propose and lead activities to improve catalogue functionality, and usability in the R&D Data Catalogue
  • Create reports in PowerBI using the metadata captured in R&D Catalogue
  • Promote usage and lead training sessions of request data capabilities developed in R&D Catalogue via our data request access form
  • Create documents/user guides that enables users to understand our data access request form and how to use it


Skills and experience

  • Proven ability in converting a proposed design into an automated solution.
  • Prior work experience in converting a business workflow into an automated set of actions.
  • Hands-on experience in database concepts and fair idea about how data gets stored in the backend and connecting them to the UI.
  • Knowledge and experience of Collibra Data Governance platform.
  • Creation of documentation in Confluence and requirements in JIRA.
  • Experience from Pharma industry is a significant advantage.
  • Experience working with data-related legislation and policy (e.g., GDPR, GCP, GxP) an advantage.
