Business Analyst | 470 pd Outside IR35 | 6 Month contract

Gravitas is currently in search of an accomplished Business Analyst to join one of our clients and contribute to various technology projects in the restaurant industry. We are looking for a dynamic and proficient Business Analyst who can seamlessly integrate into the business environment, demonstrating the ability to swiftly deliver results across a diverse array of projects within a comprehensive transformation program.

Prior experience in successfully executing projects within the realm of restaurant technology would be highly advantageous. Additionally, the role may entail providing support to other facets of the broader tech function and involvement in projects spanning Infrastructure, Security, Data & Analytics, and Data Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collecting and refining business requirements, defining scope, mapping processes, creating use cases and user stories, and assessing their impact.

- Enhancing solution quality by collaboratively identifying robust acceptance criteria, conducting exploratory testing, and providing support for user acceptance testing.

- Regularly evaluating the technical and operational feasibility of the solution with key stakeholders from both business and technical perspectives.

- Assisting the Program in managing requirements, ensuring comprehensive documentation of user stories (both functional and non-functional), and preparing them for inclusion in software tenders, subsequent implementation of selected third-party packages, and any in-house development.

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with all business and technical stakeholders.
