A Buildings Supervisor/Manager is required for an education establishment in Greater Manchester, working as part of the estates and facilities team.

You will be tasked with overseeing a number of technicians, including electricians, plumbers and handy people and be responsible for the efficient and timely execution of all planned and reactive maintenance works within an area of the establishment. You will have previous supervisory experience and ideally have come off the tools yourself with some form of construction qualification.
