Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join Rochdale Council on a 12-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

About the Role:

The role involves carrying out Fore Risk Assessments to Schools and Corporate Buidlings across the Rochdale area. This involves arranging for high priority works to be carried out via the provision of specifications and CAD drawings following the Council s procurement rules.

The role will also involve the use of ladders/steps to access roof voids etc as required.

Location Rochdale, OL16 with visits.

Requirements:

• BTEC HNC Building Construction Qualification


• Fire Risk Assessment Qualification


• Knowledge of all Parts of Regulatory reform (Fire Safety) order 2005
