You will be working with a Council in Hertfordshire as a Building Safety Manager, managing the council's high-risk stock and overseeing the implementation of FRA actions as well as building safety cases over time.

You will be on a 6-month temp to perm contract (giving everyone's happy) and you'll be on 350 - 400 per day.

If you have a strong understanding of building safety regulations and practices, as well as experience managing FRA actions for high-risk buildings (for tenants and high-rise sites), this is for you.

Qualifications are not a requirement for this role. Although favourable, your experience and knowledge are what's most important.
