I am looking for an Registered Building Control Surveyor who has completed their competence validation to join a local authority North of Nottingham.
Building Control Surveyor duties:
- Conduct building control surveys on social housing stock
- Assess buildings to ensure that any dangerous buildings are monitored for public safety
- Control building demolitions
- Ensure that all relevant regulations are adhered to
What is required for the Building Control Surveyor role:
- Experience within social housing
- Passed most recent competence validation assessment
- Ability to work on site in Northern Nottinghamshire
