This is a hands-off role that would suit applicants with extensive hands-on DataCentre, Buildings Infrastructure background experience.

As the Buildings & Datacentre technical authority this involves instructing, interfacing with multiple suppliers advising on operational design practices to maximise operational value, quality and security in built environments.

This is across many facets of IT technologies including security, storage, networks, cloud, hardware, software, but also including datacentre related tech including AC, electrics etc. this will also include managing maintenance, support and administration activities to maximise the quality and security of platforms and services in built environment.

Experience of overseeing and adhering to relevant standard and governance is essential.

Providing platform development, deployment and operation skills for new and existing platforms, digital products and services for our customers.

Any experience within property/building management sector beneficial.

This is a hybrid role - 2 days per week on site.
Engagement is via umbrella company only.

Technical skills required: -

• Knowledge of building management systems
• Agile delivery concepts
• Software, hardware & networking technologies in physical environments
• Microsoft platform technologies including cloud (Azure) platforms

• Reviewing system software updates and identify.
• Investigates and coordinates the resolution of potential and service problems.
• Creating and improving IT services with optimal utilisation of storage resources, ensuring data security, availability and integrity of business data.
