Job Title: Qualified Social Worker - Inner City and East Community Team
Location: Bristol
Salary: 35 per hour
Are you a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker looking for a rewarding opportunity in the vibrant city of Bristol? Join our Inner City and East Community Team, where youll play a crucial role in making a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting assessments and developing care plans for individuals and families within the Inner City and East community.
Providing high-quality social work intervention and support to vulnerable individuals, ensuring their well-being and safety.
Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, educators, and community resources, to deliver comprehensive care.
Participating in case conferences, reviews, and team meetings to contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Requirements
Qualified Social Worker with current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Proven experience in working with diverse communities, particularly in an inner-city setting.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to social work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with service users and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
