The Role:

As the Brand Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of transforming ideas into reality, from ideation to launch. Here's your chance to be the product champion for their diverse portfolio across multiple channels.

• Lead projects from brief to finished product delivery, managing critical paths, stage gate signoffs and cross-functional workstreams.
• Take charge of the artwork approval process, collaborating with brand, NPD and technical teams to ensure packaging perfection.
• Drive differentiation within the category, staying trend-aware and exploring new methods to keep the products at the forefront.
• Maintain and update packaging for international markets, collaborating with agencies, suppliers, and innovation and manufacturing teams.
• Work closely with NPD and Marketing teams to ensure projects run on time, to budget, and exceed consumer expectations.

You:

• Proven experience in an FMCG or retail environment.
• Extensive experience managing products through a Stage Gate process.
• Track record of successful cross-functional project management.
• Ideally, a good knowledge of packaging formats & manufacturing processes.
• Able to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
