Resource Solutions has an exciting Contract opportunity for a BPO Procurement Category Manager to join our clients Procurement Team, one of the UK's and US most well-reputed Insurance Firms

Role Objective: Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Advisor to join team. In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting the business in ensuring robust contractual arrangements for effective third-party services aligned with Companies risk appetite. includes a number of material outsourcers including DUA's and TPA's.

* Applies market knowledge and expertise in supporting the development of the strategy and vision for the BPO category
* Engage in negotiations on all category supply contracts and other critical agreements for the business, liaising with internal and external legal and engaging Third Party specialists as appropriate
* Identify, drive and deliver savings, to a set target, to meet the agreed category and functional objectives
* Develop and maintain appropriate governance frameworks to maintain adherence to Procurement and Third-Party Risk Management Policies


Requirements
* Experience managing stakeholders at all levels and possess strong influencing skills
* Wide demonstrable knowledge of BPO Commercial Market & Contracting
* Robust knowledge of the full life cycle of supplier management from procurement and into operational governance and leadership.
* Insurance and Banking Industry Background will be Preferable and SS2/21 Regulation Knowledge.
