Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and comprehensive psychiatric nursing care to patients in the community.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized care plans, and deliver evidence-based treatments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Administer medications, monitor their effects, and educate patients and their families.
• Offer support, counseling, and crisis intervention to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

Requirements:

• Valid nursing qualification and registration as a Community Psychiatric Nurse.
• Prior experience in community mental health nursing is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
