Job description
Butler Rose are delighted to be supporting our client, a very well-known mid-tier firm with Central Winchester offices. Through expansion, our client are now seeking to recruit an Audit & Accounts semi senior / senior to join their team.
You will be assisting with delivering the highest quality statutory audit and accounts preparation services. The split will be 20% audit and 80% accounts. Our clients come from a range of industry backgrounds including property, media and entertainment, as well as general practice.
Role Responsibilities -
Preparation of statutory and management accounts for limited companies.
Assisting on audits.
Preparation of corporation tax computations.
Preparation and submission of VAT returns.
Preparation of monthly management accounts.
Supervision, training and review of junior team members and their work.
Person Responsibilities -
ACA/ACCA/AAT qualified or part qualified ACA/ACCA.
Minimum of three years' experience working within an accountancy practice.
Good all-round current compliance knowledge.
Good working knowledge of CCH Accounts Production, Sage Line 50, Xero and Microsoft Excel.
