We are Resi, the UK s number 1 home extension company. We help everyday homeowners to design, finance and build their dream home without the stress and, most importantly, without breaking the bank. We are looking to hire an Appointment Booker on a flexible basis to assist and work with our in-house business development team.

As an Appointment Booker at Resi, you'll gain exposure to a high-paced business, helping UK homeowners to bring their renovation project ideas to life. You ll work alongside a team of high performing Business Development Specialists, and a variety of Home Development professionals including Architectural Designers, Planners, Digital Surveyors and Building Regulation Specialists.

The Key Responsibilities of our Appointment Bookers:

• Outbound calling warm leads generated by our various marketing channels
• Scheduling consultation calls with potential customers for Resi services
• On the job sales and industry specific training where necessary
• Assisting the Business Development Representatives where necessary
• Maintain a high standard of customer service
• Represent the Resi brand and values to our customers
• Accurately capture relevant information when speaking to customers
• Tracking of enquiries and opportunities

You Will Need:

• Great phone communication skills
• To be confident with high volume outbound calling
• A positive attitude
• To be flexible and available to take on work
• Demonstrable experience dealing with customers, ideally gained within a similar role
• A keenness to hit or surpass set targets / KPIs
