- Assessments, misconduct, Safeguarding, and general appeals experience required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in casework in the higher education sector and a strong understanding of the policies.
- A passion for education student success and Student experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
