Contract Android Software Developer who will join an existing project team delivering a new and innovative range of mobile applications.

Role

• Building new and innovative mobile solutions
• Maintaining and improving existing systems
• Implementing unit tests to improve and maintain app quality

Preferred skills and experience

• Proficient in writing code using Java, Kotlin and Android Studio.
• Proven working experience with modern Android libraries and APIs.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect android applications to Back End services.
• Experience with unit testing including testing frameworks such as Mockito.
• Understanding of basic source control concepts and tooling.
• Knowledge of web technologies, chrome web inspector and Android web view APIs.
