Our client is looking for a talented Android developer to work on an ongoing programme for 12 months. The role is primarily working on a new authentication system for a large financial organisation.
- Strong experience with native mobile application development in Kotlin.
- Excellent track record in large Android based systems.
- Notifications - GCM, FCM, MixPanel, Flurry, Push Bots, PubNub, Firebase
- Fingerprint authentication
- Strong knowledge of App architecture patterns.
- Strong notions of security best practices and demonstrated experience of applying sound mobile security practices such as Obfuscation, Encryption, SSL, Certification Pinning, Tokens
- Proficiency in one or more relevant programming language. (eg Kotlin/Android, Java).
- Experience with modern build strategies, continuous integration, unit testing, test driven development, static analysis, and automated integration tests.
- Experience implementing and enhancing the CI/CD pipeline for mobile applications.
- Experience with Jenkins preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with engineers, managers, PMs, customers.
