LTF Recruitment are currently collaborating with alternative provision based in the Nottingham area. We are looking for an experienced individual to join a positive working environment where providing care and appropriate learning material is the core goal.

Your duties will include:

• Delivering engaging and tailored lessons to students with a range of learning needs, ensuring that the curriculum is accessible and challenging.
• Working closely with students one-on-one or in small groups, providing extra help to meet their unique educational and emotional needs.
• supporting in the development and provision of training in schools around SEMH specific areas.
• Building relationships with children's parents to ensure ongoing development and make parents aware of the student's progress.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a UK QTS (ECT & NQT's are welcome to apply).
• Have relevant experience in working with students who have SEN & SEMH needs.
• Have a good knowledge of the school's current curriculum.
• Have the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and fellow colleagues.
