p>Are you a Product Lead or Product Owner with significant experience working in the realm of artificial intelligence? Have you worked closely with AI engineers, data scientists, designers, and researchers to understand their demands and define product progression? If this sounds like you and you're looking for your next opportunity, please read on.

My client, a global industry giant, are looking to make an essential hire to head the discovery, design, development, and deployment of their AI product, that assists with legitimate troubles and improves customer experience.

As the ideal candidate you will have:

  • Customer focused AI experience
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Significant experience in product leadership/ownership, in AI, machine learning, or data science domains
  • Strong knowledge or understanding of AI
  • Familiarity with Natural Language Processing or Conversational Chatbots, with a focus on customer experience

It is a hybrid role, with a requirement to go in to the office 2-3 days per week, in London.

It is a contract role, 630 per day inside IR35, initially for 3 months with a view to extend.
