Agile Team Coach

My client is looking to recruit a Agile Team Coach with demonstrable experience of working with multiple lean and agile frameworks and scaled agile frameworks.



The Role:

As the Agile Team Coach you will be primarily accountable for working across the organisation to help design and implement an effective agile transition for our customer's business.



In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

- Functional and regional leadership teams

- Strategic advisor on agile strategy and scaling agility

- Supporting leadership applying agile frameworks and mindsets

- Spinning up new teams and putting structures in place to assure their success

- Helping teams to select their ways of working based on their environment and challenges. Imparting of best practices to achieve goals

- Implementing effective governance, escalation and reporting



You'll also need experience of:

- Mentoring and coaching skills & experience, online and in person

- Working with multiple lean and agile frameworks and scaled agile approaches

- Working with strong stakeholders and demonstrate strength and certainty to them, helping them to achieve goals

- Establishing new teams and big room planning

- Orchestrating multiple teams and establishing governance



In addition, you'll need the following:

- High emotional intelligence and mature soft skills

- Azure DevOps boards administration and mentoring skills

- Certifications in scrum, kanban or icagile trainer

- Enterprise coach certifications

- Agile training course development and delivery



You'll also need to be flexible to travel to client sites across the UK as required and be eligible for SC and BPSS clearance.
