Overview:
Radically Digital is looking for an experienced and dynamic Agile Coach to join our team and collaborate closely with the client's team in embedding Agile methodologies within their Digital team. This contract role involves daily interaction with the client's team, focusing on skills and practices development, measuring success through key performance indicators, and providing supplementary assets and training materials.

Radically Digital is looking for an experienced and dynamic Agile Coach to join our team and collaborate closely with the client's team in embedding Agile methodologies within their Digital team. This contract role involves daily interaction with the client's team, focusing on skills and practices development, measuring success through key performance indicators, and providing supplementary assets and training materials.
Responsibilities:
Daily Interaction with the Team:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure the consistent application of Agile principles
- Actively participate in the team, offering real-time guidance, observing team dynamics, and providing feedback to enhance collaborative practices
- Instil key Agile practices such as iterative development, continuous integration, and test-driven development
- Cultivate a culture of open communication, collaborative problem-solving, and adaptive planning through workshops, one-on-one mentoring, and team activities
- Gauge success through qualitative and quantitative measures, including improved team velocity, higher quality of deliverables, reduced time to market, and enhanced team morale and collaboration
- Conduct regular retrospectives to identify areas of improvement and celebrate achievements
- Work within a realistic timeframe of 6 to 10 months for significant change, allowing the team to adapt to Agile methodologies and integrate practices into daily operations
- Collaborate with other identified roles for a successful transformation
- Provide a suite of training materials, including best practice guides, templates for Agile ceremonies, and access to online resources for continuous learning
- Complement hands-on coaching with resources designed to sustain Agile practices in the long term
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a similar role in a consultancy/agency environment
- Strong track record of working with different levels of stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt coaching techniques to suit the unique needs and challenges of our client s digital team
- Media experience is beneficial but not mandatory
