p>Agile Business Analyst- Hybrid/Coventry- 6 months- 550 P/D Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join an exciting new Digital Transformation project with an industry leading automotive retailer.

You will be tasked with reviewing key processes, identifying opportunities for operational improvement and maximising user engagement in the change process and running the Agile activities including spring planning.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing a range stakeholders in several business areas including Customer Services, Marketing, Retailers, and Digital. Previous work in the automotive industry world be a big welcome bonus.

Below are some of the core requirements
- At least 5 years experience as a BA
- Agile Delivery and Spring Planning
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Agile certification

This is a hybrid role with weekly on-site visits in Whitely, Coventry required. For this position you will be rewarded with 550 per day inside IR35 with an initial 6-month contract with a long-term extension likely.
