We are recruiting for motivated Team Manager to join our busy team. This role is with one of the UK s highest performing local authorities, serving as one of the best places to live and work in London.
 
This is a qualified social worker role requiring you to be SWE registered and to have relevant experience, specifically in a managerial role within adults social services.
 
The main purpose of this role is to lead, motivate and manage a multi-disciplinary team of both registered and non-registered professionals inorder to deliver to key strategic aims of the organisation.
You will focus on driving forward the delivery of strength based modles of practice which includes implementing high quality standards of professional practice and developing team spirit and a culture of continuous improvement & learning within the team.
