Service Care Legal is currently working on behalf of a local authority, based in Oxfordshire, which is in need of an experienced Adult Social Care Paralegal to join their Adult Social Care and Litigation team. The successful candidate must be willing to attend hearings and come into the office on a fairly regular basis (weekly/monthly).

ROLE: Adult Social Care Paralegal

RATE: 25-35ph

CONTRACT LENGTH: 3 months rolling

LOCATION: Oxfordshire - hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on complex issues related to Adult Social Care
• Represent the council in court and tribunals
• Draft legal documents and contracts
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

Requirements

• A highly experience Paralegal who is able to handle an Adult Social Care caseload
• Experience in representing clients in court and tribunals
• Someone who has worked for a public sector organisation within an Adult Social Care legal team
