11.50 per hour (PAYE)

35 hours per week, Mon-Fri

3 months temporary, with possibility of extensions or permanent placements

Hybrid working role (2-3 days in the office per week)

The Role

Working in a busy call centre, within a friendly and professional team supporting members with retirement cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing case work for retirement and transfer applications by client members.
  • Taking calls from members.
  • Answering general enquiries.
  • Updating system records accordingly.

Minimum Criteria & Skills

  • Able to work to a high level of accuracy.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet targets.
  • Interpersonal skills to include good written and verbal communication.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive, customer focused attitude.
