- Administrator Assistant
- Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support.
- Managing inboxes, coordinating meetings and organising travel arrangements.
- Preparing meeting packs & agendas, taking minutes and managing actions points and follow up
- Maintaining and updating databases with high levels of accuracy.
- Supporting with the organisation of events and conferences.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and professionally.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism at all times.
A Successful Administrator Should Have
- An interest or desire to understand and learn the Financial Services sector.
- Solid administrative and secretarial skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects to varying deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Salesforce or other CRM knowledge
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- An hourly rate of 17 per hour.
- Part-time role, 20 hours, morning or afternoons to 5:30pm, over 5 days
- Flexible to work additional hours if required
- Temporary role to the end of June 2024
- 2 days per week in the office - Blackfriars, London
