Job Description

As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Manage and organise internal and external correspondence
  • Maintain and update office filing systems
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and edit documents and reports
  • Support in the delivery of projects

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Administrator Should Have

  • A strong understanding of secretarial and business support services
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
