Recruit4Staff are pleased to be representing a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Administrator to work in their leading facility in Bridgnorth.
For The Successful Administrator Our Client Is Offering
i. Competitive salary paying up to 25,000 depending on experience
ii. Days based role Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm with a 1pm finish on Fridays
iii. Permanent Position within a rapidly expanding business
iv. Free onsite parking
v. Friendly working environment
The Role - Administrator
i. Assist with creating Maintenance orders via the internal Portal system
ii. Raising Purchase Orders from relevant paperwork
iii. Working closely alongside the Materials and Purchasing Team, ensuring on time delivery/availability of materials within the specified budget
iv. Assisting with new supplier set up
v. Assisting in the Stores area when required, including Stock taking and serving at the counter
vi. Maintaining stock levels
vii. Carrying out Data Entry & Filing duties
viii. Ordering PPE for staff across the site, to include any special requirements, distribute to staff in a timely manner
ix. Maintain PPE levels
x. Maintain control of all Food/Drink vending on site
What Our Client Is Looking For In a Administrator
i. Strong Microsoft Office experience
ii. Possess Strong admin skills and keen to learn more about Purchasing
iii. Proven ability to meet deadlines
iv. Strong communication skills
v. Disciplined and accurate approach
