Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Fareham

Salary: 26,000

Working Hours: Full-time, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations for products and services.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Verify data accuracy in orders and quotes.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries regarding products, orders, and deliveries.
  • Collaborate with design and production departments to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records using Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Communicate crucial customer feedback internally to enhance products and services.
  • Ensure sales targets are met.
  • Stay informed about new products and features.

Requirements And Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Agent, or within an inside sales role.
  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • High level of dedication and ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Strong prioritisation skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high level of customer service.
