p>Marks Sattin is working in partnership with an educational organisation based in Bath who are looking to recruit a Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team on a temporary basis. This role will be 12 weeks long initially with the possibility of extension or even permanent for the right candidate.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis 2 days in the office per week based in Bath.
This role will be paying between 18 and 19 per hour dependent on experience.
Accounts Receivable Analyst Key Responsibilities Include:
- Investigate multiple data sources and spreadsheets to collate and match source codes
- Raising invoices in line with company terms and agreements
- Account reconciliations ensuring accurate billing
- Associated Month end reporting
- Basic credit control duties
The ideal candidate will be:
- A background in an Accounts Receivable/Credit Control position
- Intermediate Excel clues including data manipulation (pivot tables, lookups)
- Immediately available or short notice
