Job Description: Vertex Associates is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a leading art and auctioneering business on an interim basis. Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manually process high volume, high value invoices
  • Setting up new suppliers for the business
  • Complete various reconciliations across accounts
  • Process client payments for transactions
  • Monitor the query mailbox and answer within SLA's
  • Set up details for client payments to be made accordingly
