What you will do:
* Be the accuracy champion, ensuring meticulous record-keeping in Sage, from supplier invoices to bank reconciliations.
* Safeguard our processes by implementing robust controls and adhering to proper approvals.
* Assist with month-end tasks, preparing journal entries and contributing to management reports.
* Lend a hand with quarterly VAT returns, keeping us compliant and efficient.
* As you grow, delve deeper into financial analysis, assisting with KPI development and budget preparation.
* Master the art of cash flow forecasting and statutory reporting, contributing to our overall financial health.
* Be a tech-savvy sidekick, helping us optimise accounting systems for maximum efficiency.
* And most importantly, be a proactive problem-solver, always on the lookout for ways to improve and streamline work flows.
