Position: Accounts Assistant
Location: Bath
Salary: 25,000 - 26,000 (Temp to Perm)
Start Date: Immediate

Bookkeeping
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date Sage accounts for Bath Abbey and Bath Abbey Ltd.
- Manage cash flow, credit card statements, and employee expenses in Sage.
- Monthly update of stock purchase invoices and ad hoc reporting.
- Code and enter invoices in Sage using Verify auto-recognition.
- Oversee rollout of auto-recognition system.
- Reconcile invoices, manage approvals, and coordinate payments.
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Bi-Weekly supplier payment runs.
- Input invoice information in Sage, monitor aged debtors report.
- Address invoicing issues with concert administrator.
