The Role:
The LPS teams work directly with our largest and most strategic Media Owner partners to secure premium brand safe inventory for advertising demand. Our partners are media owners across publishing, broadcast and entertainment, commerce as well as other emerging verticals.
The role is to help large media owners to leverage the best of Client's solutions and platforms to continue to grow their business. RevSAMs work with partners across all LPS verticals in concert with Strategic Partner Leads (SPLs) to grow partners' Ad monetization revenues and increase their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
You build customer relationships and manage a sales pipeline. you understand your customers objectives and pitch the optimal solution to meet their needs. Must also sell the value of our solutions to a variety of stakeholders and drive continued adoption to existing customers. Also work with internal and external partners to scale the delivery of programs. Engage in community contributions to improve and sustain our culture and operations. Working with partners, you help facilitate the way products reach thousands of users at these partners in a scaled way. Also identify opportunities to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects. Focused on delivering excellent customer care, and making sure things go smoothly for customers across the globe when they need us most.
Lead strategic plans for managed accounts by identifying customer needs, driving product adoption, and delivering solutions to customer challenges. Develop and pitch opportunities for key customers. Take ownership for driving/delivering against the business objectives and contribute to team success.
Identify key stakeholders to build a network and contribute to cross-team collaborations. Develop relationships with supported customers, acting as a point of contact for customers around all key areas.
Responsibilities:
Develop and own relationships with partners to become a trusted monetization advisor
Manage and grow your partners monetization revenue by:
Developing pipeline of ad business growth optimization opportunities
Actioning optimizations at scale
Deploying new product features and betas considering guidance from product
Managing optimizations pipeline using existing internal tools
Unlocking new inventory and monetization opportunities
Pitch and implement new features
Monitor and analyze partners revenue performance
Perform day to day account management (incl. monetization, policy, billing)
Contributing to scaling optimizations and analysis to increase team efficiency
Inform partners of our latest product updates
Strengthen partners' product knowledge on the monetization agenda
Continuously inform SPLs of all account monetization developments
Collaborate with go-to-market team and technical account managers to test and implement products/features
Act as main point-of-contact for internal requests from support teams such as Sales Finance, Sales Strategy and Operations
Knowledge & Skills:
working or worked with or at Publishers
Detail-oriented
Ability to prioritize, plan and organize sales activity
Hands on experience with Ads Manager and experience with programmatic advertising
Strong analytical and data visualization skills (SQL is a plus)
Strong team player with internal stakeholders (SPLs, Product specialists etc.)
Proven track record of driving sales revenue and managing relationships in a fast moving product landscape
Comfortable with team-based selling approach
Ability to work with publishers towards a long term monetization strategy
Excellent communication, presentation, project and partner management skills
Experience with client presentations (comfortable presenting to groups on specific domain areas), strategy execution, project management and working in ambiguity

Deep understanding of online advertising (i.e., ad serving, networks, and key platforms) and trends (i.e., programmatic, mobile, video, news, publishing and broadcasting industry)
