Full time on site Milton Keynes

2nd line Support Engineers, Tech Bar, End User Computing- Desktop Support -Office 365, Iphones, Apple Mac with SC or DV Security Clearance are required by our government client based in Milton Keynes - commutable from Northampton, East Midlands, Bedford, Luton or Central London.This role is full time on site, and our client is based Milton Keynes please do not apply if you are not wiling to work on site full time.

This role is working in a Security Cleared environment. A minimum of SC clearance is required for this role. Therefore, you will need to be SC or DV cleared or eligible to undertake SC or DV Security Clearance.

Skills and Experience Required:

Hardware: Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Apple smartphones and iPads.

Technologies: Windows 10, iOS, Azure AD, InTune and M365 application suite.

People Skills: Customer facing, working part of a team, problem solving, ability to think on their feet and assist those how do I queries

Desirable Qualifications: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Modern Desktop Administrator Associate MD101 MD100

To work as part of an on site 2nd Line Support team dealing directly with customers.

The team will be expected to resolve technical issues but also assist with those how do I? queries.
