What You'll Be Doing
As a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer, you'll be the front-line hero, the first point of contact for our clients. You'll tackle IT challenges on the service desk and handle incoming calls, providing rapid solutions.
Your responsibilities include meeting our clients' diverse IT needs and delivering top-notch support. Working in collaboration with external partners, you'll play a key role in delivering IT services across 30 sites in the UK, including North Wales.
Hardware provisioning and ensuring that our clients' IT systems run smoothly will be your everyday tasks.

- Active Directory Proficiency: You've got the skills to navigate and manage Active Directory with ease.
- Office 365 Mastery: Office 365 holds no secrets for you.
- Mobile Device Management: Your ability to handle mobile devices is a significant advantage.
- Citrix Know-How: While not essential, Citrix experience would be a valuable asset.
- Standard DBS: Remember, this is a must for the role.
